Our History
SQE was founded in 2013 in Austin, Texas by Susan T. Litherland, P.E. and Quintin McNulty, P.E. Sam Enis, P.G. joined as a Principal Project Manager in 2015. Together, they bring together nearly 75 years of diverse environmental experience to commercial/industrial, oil and gas, legal, and real estate markets. SQE is a woman-owned business.
Susan Litherland, P.E.
Susan received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas and has over 35 years of environmental engineering experience.
Quintin McNulty, P.E.
Quintin received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and has over 20 years of environmental engineering experience.
Sam Enis, P.G.
Sam received a B.S. in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas and brings over 12 years of environmental experience.
Professional Staff
Our staff includes a wide variety of professionals with backgrounds in chemical and civil engineering, geology, and environmental sciences. We leverage professional staff with experience in engineering design, geology/hydrogeology, air quality, construction management and estimating, geographic information systems, computer aided design, data management, and risk assessment.
